Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare aging reports and analyze collection trends to improve cash flow
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment status and overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all receivable transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
