Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing procedures.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding account balances and transaction history.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and general accounting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry.
