Join Private Advertiser as an Accounts Executive and contribute to the company’s financial health by delivering accurate and timely accounting services. This full time role reports to the Finance Division and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across operations and sales to ensure compliance and insightful financial reporting.
As a key member of our accounting team, you will manage day to day bookkeeping, support month end close, maintain general ledger integrity, and assist with financial analysis that informs decision making. You will be a guardian of data quality, ensuring that revenue, expenses, and intercompany transactions are recorded accurately and on time. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with practical problem solving in a fast paced environment, delivering reliable numbers for management and external auditors.

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper documentation and coding to appropriate cost centers.
- Support monthly financial close including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain general ledger and perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and cost allocations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare management reports and basic financial analyses to support budgeting and strategic decision making.
- Coordinate with auditors during year end statutory audits and internal control reviews.
- Assist with month end close process improvements and system enhancements to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Any professional certification is a plus (eg CPA, ACCA).
- 2-4 years of hands on experience in general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of SG GAAP or IFRS and internal control concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and external auditors.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
