Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payment and collection.
  • Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.
  • Improve accounting processes and suggest automation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
