Responsibilities
- Manage full-set accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Manage petty cash disbursements and verify payment vouchers for accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure smooth document flow.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support and data analysis to the management team as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience handling full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines.
- Meticulous, organized, and a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
