Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the month-end closing process.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Monitor and process staff claims, petty cash, and bank reconciliations accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Maintain updated databases and company records with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative projects and reporting duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar platforms).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
