Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including timely and accurate monthly closing processes.
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Execute Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including billing, credit control, and monitoring outstanding payments.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow tracking is up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, financial statements, and audit schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, local tax regulations (GST), and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents, as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualifications are an added advantage).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling full-set accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
