Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts, including bank reconciliations, general ledger, and trial balance preparation.
- Perform monthly and quarterly costing analysis and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Execute daily financial transactions and postings within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, tax filings, and compliance with local regulations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Full Set Accounting and costing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and GST compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced MNC environment.
