StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team in the North region as an Accounts Executive (Fullset) cum HR. This dual-responsibility role is designed for a proactive individual who possesses a strong grasp of financial accounting and the organizational skills required for human resource administration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our workforce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and compliant with Singapore's regulatory standards. Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central to optimize our financial workflows and data reporting.
In addition to the finance function, you will serve as a key point of contact for HR matters, managing payroll, employee benefits, and general administrative compliance. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee GST reporting and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
- Execute monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions and yearly tax filings (IR8A).
- Handle HR administrative duties such as leave management, insurance claims, and work pass applications.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central for all daily accounting transactions and reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and corporate tax compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full set accounts and payroll.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Experience in HR administration and familiarity with the Employment Act.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in the North region (Senoko area).
