Key responsibilities include managing full set accounts, ensuring timely monthly closings, preparing financial statements, and supporting budget preparations. Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle tax computations, filings, and liaise with tax agents.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar).
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
