Stafflink Services is currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our finance department during a period of organizational restructuring, ensuring seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.
As an Accounts Executive, you will work closely with the existing finance team to manage day-to-day accounting activities. Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Support the finance team during the ongoing organizational restructuring process.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger entries.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and supporting schedules.
- Assist in year-end audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor and track payment cycles, ensuring timely settlement of vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA candidates are welcome).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing tight deadlines.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract duration.
- Prior experience in a MNC or fast-paced restructuring environment is a plus.
