Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
- Design and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support board and executive decision‑making.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members.
- Drive process improvements to enhance month‑end close efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholders.
