Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including recording sales, expenses, and outlet transactions.
  • Process payments to vendors and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles.
  • Oversee outlet cash collections and ensure timely banking of revenues.
  • Prepare monthly bank and inter‑company reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized filing of financial documents and support audit preparations.
  • Assist with tax computations, filing, and compliance matters under supervision.
  • Support month‑end closing activities and generate routine financial reports.
  • liaise with outlet staff to resolve accounting queries and improve financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts officer role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks) is a plus.
