Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests with high accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and reporting.
- Support treasury operations by providing precise cash flow forecasts and payment monitoring.
- Maintain organized AP records and documentation for audit compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work mid shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
