Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers accurately
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Schedule and process payments while adhering to company policies and deadlines
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Prepare accruals and month-end journal entries as required
- Assist in annual audits and provide documentation when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
