Job Description
Join our dynamic finance team as Accounts Receivable Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding company revenue streams. You'll ensure the integrity of all cash-related assets by rigorously enforcing POS and cash handling policies while optimizing collection processes. This leadership position requires strategic oversight of accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, credit management, and aging analysis. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies, minimize bad debts, and maintain healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, implement financial controls, and lead a team of accounts receivable professionals to achieve collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Develop and enforce POS/cash policies to ensure revenue integrity and asset protection
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to minimize DSO and bad debt exposure
- Lead, mentor, and supervise accounts receivable team members
- Collaborate with sales department to resolve billing disputes and customer issues
- Prepare monthly financial reports on AR performance and cash flow metrics
- Automate collection workflows and optimize AR technology stack
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of AR management experience in retail/services
- Proven expertise in cash flow optimization and credit management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
