Job Description

SKYWHALE Swimming Academy is seeking a motivated Admin / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our academy, delivering exceptional service to parents, students, and staff while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations.

You will handle a variety of tasks including managing inquiries, processing registrations, maintaining records, coordinating class schedules, and supporting the sales team with data entry and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Process student registrations, class bookings, and payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date administrative records and databases.
  • Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and facility bookings.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with data entry, reporting, and promotional activities.
  • Handle escalated customer issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/‘O’ Level or equivalent; diploma or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
