Aurora Analytics, a leading data insights company, is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support executives and keep our New York office running smoothly. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, prepare documents, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for executives with internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel and accommodations, including itineraries and expense reports
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Answer phones, screen inquiries, and manage email inboxes
- Support facilities and office operations, including supply management and space planning
- Assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, and cross-functional requests
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate data entry
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving approach
- Experience with travel coordination and expense management is a plus
