Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for aesthetic services and retail products.
- Provide detailed explanations of treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare to clients.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable client experience.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, products, and treatment technologies.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty & Aesthetics or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in beauty consultation, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and the aesthetics industry.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
