Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize customer service requests via phone, email, or online portal.
- Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians based on location, expertise, and urgency.
- Maintain real‑time updates on job status and communicate progress to clients.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have necessary parts, tools, and information before dispatch.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and emergency calls with professionalism and speed.
- Monitor technician performance and adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch logs, and customer interactions in the company database.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dispatching or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a dispatcher, call center, or customer service role, preferably within trades or field services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local dialects is advantageous.
