Responsibilities
- Provide professional, one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments.
- Execute high-quality aesthetic procedures and therapies with precision and care.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through ethical upselling and personalized product/service recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of clinic hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist or Beauty Consultant in a premium clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical aesthetic concepts clearly to clients.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or clinic environment.
- Relevant certification in Beauty Therapy, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or related aesthetic qualifications.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
