Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns and medical history.
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, manage follow-up appointments, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Ensure all procedures are performed in strict compliance with medical safety standards and clinic protocols.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with the medical team to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited university, registered with the Indonesian Medical Council (IDI) with a valid Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser, or chemical peels is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, natural-looking results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Fluency in both Indonesian (Bahasa) and English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
