Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skincare concerns and treatment goals
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies
- Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols and safety standards during procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve sales targets through effective treatment recommendations and upselling
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment methodologies
Qualifications
- Professional certification in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical skincare or aesthetic treatments
- Strong knowledge of dermatological procedures and skincare product formulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
- Valid Singapore aesthetician license and professional indemnity insurance
- Proficiency in English with ability to communicate treatment details clearly
