We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize ROI through strategic partnership management and performance analysis.
As an Affiliate Specialist, you will play a key part in scaling our online presence by identifying new affiliate opportunities, nurturing relationships with publishers, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with new affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and content publishers.
- Monitor affiliate performance using analytics tools, track commission payouts, and optimize campaign parameters for better results.
- Coordinate with internal creative and content teams to provide affiliates with up-to-date marketing materials and promotional assets.
- Analyze competitor affiliate programs and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate terms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, affiliate networks, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with popular affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
