Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Affiliators to build a robust partnership pipeline.
- Manage outreach, negotiation, and relationship management with influencers and content creators across various social media platforms.
- Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure KOL campaigns align with overall brand objectives and messaging.
- Assist in developing and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies, including commission structures and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in the KOL and affiliate marketing landscape.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain and update the affiliate/KOL database with accurate contact information and performance data.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) and current influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Passionate about the lifestyle, fragrance, or beauty industry is an advantage.
