Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI‑native applications and services using modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define solution architecture and technical roadmap.
- Implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure models are production‑ready by applying MLOps best practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into AI‑driven solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, or similar).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills, with experience presenting technical solutions to stakeholders and clients.
