In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow, managing vendor relationships, processing highâvolume invoices, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will span from tracking inventory levels to generating comprehensive reports that drive strategic decisionâmaking. Responsibilities
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation accurately and on time.
- Oversee order processing workflows from receipt to fulfillment, maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and implement best practices.
- Support nightâshift operations, ensuring smooth handâover and continuous service availability.
- Assist in training new staff on operational systems and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1â2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a BPO or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to handle vendor negotiations and manage multiple supplier relationships.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detailâoriented with strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently on a nightâshift schedule and meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
