In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow, managing vendor relationships, processing high‑volume invoices, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will span from tracking inventory levels to generating comprehensive reports that drive strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation accurately and on time.
  • Oversee order processing workflows from receipt to fulfillment, maintaining high accuracy rates.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and implement best practices.
  • Support night‑shift operations, ensuring smooth hand‑over and continuous service availability.
  • Assist in training new staff on operational systems and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a BPO or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to handle vendor negotiations and manage multiple supplier relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
