As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions and performance issues
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs clearly
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an AC Technician or similar role in HVAC/R
- Valid GDL (Group D Driving License) with clean driving record
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing split and window air conditioners
- Knowledge of refrigeration principles and refrigerant handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
