Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance on air conditioning units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inventory levels.
- Adhere to safety standards, regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or similar role in HVAC field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Technical certification or completion of trade school in HVAC (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
