You will report directly to the Team Leader and contribute significantly to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall efficiency of the team. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for airline passengers.
- Assist customers with flight information, booking modifications, and general travel inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and support staff to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and service excellence.
- Participate in training sessions and coaching activities to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided on-site.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work on a rotating Day Shift schedule (e.g., 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others solve problems.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
