Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure high-quality prospect pipelines.
- Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Manage and update the CRM database to track all interactions and lead statuses.
- Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team and ensure high show-up rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach scripts and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outbound activity to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation activities and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outbound communications.
