Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to potential leads and prospect lists.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure high conversion rates for our sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales department via calendar management tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with cold, warm, and dormant leads to nurture interest.
- Meet and exceed weekly performance KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries via email or direct messages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability and time management.
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
- Ability to work part-time hours consistently while maintaining high output quality.
