Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Business Support and Operations departments at the Head Office.
- Manage and monitor branch performance, including budgets, P&L, and operational work plans.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure high engagement and productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and financial health for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, micro-finance, or regional operations management.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site operations effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and operational KPIs.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
