Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value corporate clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales teams to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product distribution and service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and professional standards across the designated area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, electronics, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel as required to oversee regional sales operations.
