Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional B2B revenue targets.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of B2B sales consultants.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to support organizational planning and inventory management.
- Monitor individual consultant KPIs, providing data-backed feedback to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless project delivery for corporate clients.
- Maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales targets in a retail, distribution, or technology-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in sales data analytics, CRM software, and market forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required by business needs.
