Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Jawa Timur region.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients, including restaurants, catering businesses, and food manufacturers.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing high-value accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and product positioning effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated sales team to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for regional operations.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales management, specifically within the Food & Beverage or frozen food industry.
- Strong understanding of the Jawa Timur market landscape and distribution channels.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
