Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management accounts.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are audit-ready.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize working capital.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance associates, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business projects and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
