Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive business strategies to drive long-term corporate growth.
- Supervise the creation of standardized business policies and operational frameworks across departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance data to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align departmental activities with the company's overall vision and mission.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue generation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and participate in high-level business negotiations.
- Prepare detailed business reports, financial projections, and strategic updates for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project management.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to be based in Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah.
- Proven track record of success in implementing strategic business initiatives.
