Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and documentation systems
- Coordinate with legal counsel and external advisors on corporate governance matters
- Support executive leadership in developing and implementing governance policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between board members and senior management
- Monitor changes in legislation and best practices affecting corporate governance
- Lead or support special projects related to corporate restructuring or organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance, or related roles
- Professional qualification such as ICSA, CSCA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and board management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
