Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business leads and emerging opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking performance metrics and forecasting future bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages and seasonal offers.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar sales or business development role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong existing network and connections within the regional hospitality and tourism market.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team under pressure.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
