Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations including cash pooling, liquidity management, and intercompany settlements.
- Execute FX hedging strategies and monitor interest rate exposures to mitigate financial risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and manage electronic banking platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive cash flow forecasts and variance analysis for management reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Support the Treasury Manager in capital market activities and credit facility administration.
- Assist in the implementation of treasury management system (TMS) upgrades and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CFA track is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Treasury Finance or corporate finance roles within an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Strong understanding of banking instruments, financial markets, and FX/interest rate hedging.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines.
