Job Description

Synchrony is seeking a high-impact leader to join our Philippines operations as the Assistant Vice President, Inside Sales Practice Development and Enrollment Director. Reporting to the SVP of Operations with a dotted line to the VP of Inside Sales, this role is a strategic, remote-ready leadership position focused on expanding enrollment, optimizing inside sales performance, and elevating customer outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

In this role, you will shape the strategy and capabilities of the inside sales practice across the enrollment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding and retention. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable sales processes, implement data-driven performance management, and develop talent across remote teams. You will lead executive-level initiatives, manage budgets, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement through analytics, CRM insights, and best practices in enrollment campaigns. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, outcomes-oriented leader who can translate business goals into measurable, repeatable results while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer care. You will also lead change management initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, compliance, and technology. The role requires a passion for people development and a commitment to building a culture of high performance, accountability, and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include building and communicating a clear practice development roadmap, coaching managers and frontline teams, establishing KPIs, and delivering training that elevates selling motion and enrollment success. This is a remote-friendly opportunity with on-site collaboration as needed in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the inside sales practice development roadmap aligned with enrollment growth targets.
  • Build scalable enrollment strategies and sales playbooks for remote teams, optimizing the lifecycle from lead to enrollment.
  • Lead and mentor managers and frontline staff, creating development plans and succession pipelines.
  • Define and monitor KPIs; implement dashboards and regular performance reviews for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize onboarding, client experience, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage budget, headcount forecasting, and vendor relationships as needed; ensure cost efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements using continuous improvement methodologies; lead training programs and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls across all enrollment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of inside sales, enrollment management, or contact center leadership in financial services or BPO; prior AVP or senior management experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams with strong coaching and people development skills.
  • Track record of translating strategy into execution with project management discipline.
  • Data-driven with experience in CRM and BI tools (eg Salesforce); strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight; experience with vendor management.
  • Commitment to compliance and risk management in financial services.
