Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate audio-visual equipment including projectors, displays, sound systems, and video conferencing units
- Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting and component replacement
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration and technology upgrades
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and repair records
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for equipment operation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging AV technologies
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or certification in electronics, audio-visual technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting AV hardware including sound mixers, video processors, and control systems
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and signal routing principles
- Ability to read technical schematics and system documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Metro Manila
