Responsibilities
- Execute internal audit procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial reports and general ledger accounts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records with high attention to detail.
- Prepare detailed audit findings and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain systematic documentation of audit evidence and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing schedules and statutory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting, audit, or finance-related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or MYOB).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
