Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Perform daily data entry and reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Monitor financial documentation to ensure strict adherence to internal compliance policies and audit standards.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or anomalies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all audit-related documents.
  • Generate periodic reports on audit findings and process improvements for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
