Responsibilities
- Plan and execute physical inventory counts across multiple locations to verify accuracy of stock records.
- Evaluate internal control systems and identify areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with process owners to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Assist in the design and enhancement of audit programs and testing procedures.
- Monitor follow-up actions and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Support senior auditors in special projects, fraud investigations, and ad-hoc reviews.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices to continuously improve audit effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in auditing, inventory management, or internal control.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with audit software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA or CIA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated integrity, objectivity, and a commitment to ethical standards.
