Responsibilities
- Perform professional installation of various car accessories including dashcams, audio systems, and LED lighting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical wiring issues in diverse car models.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers regarding accessory compatibility and performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with shop standards.
- Ensure all installations are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on all completed jobs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in inventory management for accessories and installation tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or related electrical installer role.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and 12V wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Good command of Malay and English for effective customer communication.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
