Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives within the Global Markets division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline operational workflows and improve front-to-back processes.
- Support the COO in developing business strategies, budget planning, and performance tracking.
- Prepare high-level management reports, board decks, and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure stringent adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between business units and support functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business management, COO office, or consulting roles within the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets products, operations, and regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
