PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Cosmetic OEM/ODM sector. As a key player in our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with beauty brands, and driving revenue through our end-to-end manufacturing solutions.
In this role, you will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them bring their cosmetic product visions to life. You will navigate the competitive landscape of the Indonesian beauty market, leveraging your network and strategic approach to secure key accounts and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the cosmetic, skincare, and beauty industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure recurring business and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal R&D and production teams to provide accurate project timelines and product specifications to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Cosmetic OEM/ODM or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic product development processes and regulatory requirements (BPOM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
