Responsibilities
- Perform daily back office tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all filed records and databases.

Qualifications
- High School (SHS) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent typing skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
